A Great Show on Exorcism from a real Investigator In the Paranormal Field

From Chip, show description:
Exploring Exorcism

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE SHOW DESCRIPTION BEFORE JOINING US THIS EVENING.

In light of Rod's upcoming show this Tuesday evening, and the return of one Bishop James Long of the Old Catholic Church, I've put together something of a documentary exploring exorcism(s).

As a paranormal researcher who has been around the block a few times, this particular, controversial subject has been elevated lately as it pertains to what it is I do- help individuals to help themselves through often extraordinarily trying times in their lives.

These clips, especially the last two of the show came recommended from an individual I highly respect in Maine. I cannot and will not guarantee the authenticity or reputability of these clips beyond what I have been told.

Please join me this evening for this show, especially if you have plans to attend Rod's as undoubtedly the subject of “Emily Rose” will crop up. I have included German born, Anneleise Michel's true story in this episode, her sad story is testament to the fact that truth is often worse than fiction.

Also, please do bare in mind what this show is about. Use discretion, I don't want to hear any crying about it later.

A Topic That Always Grabs My Attention For Good Reason!

Exorcism: we've all heard everything from it's being BS to the greatest things since peanut butter and even stories of death coming from it's practice. I've seen it. I've been involved in it. It's no laughing matter and it's a very dangerous and serious subject to approach. For those of you out there that's screaming, "But you're a Witch!" Yes, that's true, but does that under qualify me? The answer lies in both Faith and Science and Katie Boyd couldn't have said it better in her book "Devils & Demonology In the 21st Centenary". She details the pains of the families, the team of investigators (herself a demonologist and occult specialist and Beckah, a undisputed psychic) and the tools and knowledge of the "trade" to handle such cases with safety and skill. I've never been more impressed in a single book than I am with this one. My purpose for presenting this here is as my the description in this blog says, to educate and inform, and that is just what Katie is doing and doing it well. I strive to give you the best information to arm yourself with in the paranormal field and to be the best you can be. If we pull together we can accomplish much. It's been proven that this is true for anything we, as human beings, undertake.

Katie presents real life situations without the drama and hype that some of the other sources on this particular subject draw upon. It's down to earth and downright informative. Anyone, inside or outside of this field can read it and understand it and get a real picture of both sides of the story, not only from those involved in the case but from the perspectives of religion, faith issues, science, and history. I've been here for a while, longer than I care to recognize, and for a long time I felt like the other people on this subject, shrugging it off with a "Yeah, right," attitude. I was wrong and my life as an investigator has shown me this. I would encourage anyone seeking to further educate themselves in this field of the paranormal to read this book. You may need this knowledge someday. For me, it's a resource book. I hope it serves you just as well.

Woman Holding Icon - Photos - Coast to Coast AM

Woman Holding Icon

In my travels to collect stories of vampires, werewolves and forest spirits in Transylvania I interviewed the woman in this picture. She invited us in to her small modest home and her family served us something to eat while she quietly waited for the interview to commence. She then proceeded to tell us that she was on her "death bed" and the stories she would tell us were some of her last.

While I do not know if she is still with us in this world, I wished to honor her kindness and wisdom by making this photo the cover of the DVD packaging (for our film Across the Forest). I like the juxtaposition of the new (the stereo) with the old (the icon). The icon had been in her family for over two hundred years. She was very proud of having preserved it through the ravages of time, poverty and government harassment (Romania suffered under Communism for almost 50 years). No matter how things change there is still the belief in the supernatural in all parts of the world.

BBC Journalist Catches Apparition

BBC Reporter Caught Appirition

BBC journalist Chris Sandys has said he is at a loss to explain a mystery apparition that appeared on a photo.

Mr Sandys, 30, was photographing at the reputedly haunted Edward Jenner Museum in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, and captured the image on his camera.

"It was a bizarre formation of light showing a mystery figure in a doorway," he said. "I am sure it was not caused by sunlight or dust in the air.

"I checked again and looked in the doorway but I could see nothing."

He went on: "As a BBC employee I wouldn't dare doctor an image or I would lose my job."

Mr Sandys, who works for BBC Gloucestershire's website, was photographing in an attic never before opened to the public.

Museum director Sarah Parker said: "We are truly flabbergasted by the image.

"We have graffiti from soldiers previously billeted in the attic rooms from the 19th and 20th Century and perhaps this is one of them or even one of Jenner's servants.

"We have always thought of the 'ghosts' as being metaphoric, but maybe we need to think again."

The museum is dedicated to Dr Jenner, who lived in the house from 1785-1823.

It was from the Grade II listed building that he pioneered his world-changing vaccination against smallpox.

BlogStar — Discussion: My Experience with Paranormal Teams

Click Here if Video Doesn't Respond

I, personally, admire and respect this lady for this show and for who she is. I love her for who she is personally but here I'm making another point. As an investigator, I'm honored to have this advice given to me and I hope that the rest of those investigators who see this and really hear what she's saying get the same uplifting insight that I did from it. No one could have said it better, and let's face it. Get real here. She's RIGHT! I've seen this, experienced it, had my team brought down by it this prevailing jealousy and who's who in the paranormal and who's NOT. It's bullshit. I, too, call it as I see it. I'm not bashing anyone, either. I'm speaking my mind frankly as I always do. So, as a long-lived researcher and investigator myself, I am heeding these wise words. May all of us realize that we're here doing Spiritual work no matter our approach to it, meaning scientific or spiritual methods of investigating and helping as should be our goal, and to me that's God's work we're doing. The ones who have the balls to speak their minds honestly and not look over their shoulder to see who's looking at them while they are speaking are the ones I respect. The honest ones. Also, I highly respect those with the balls to admit that this is a spiritual journey and give the Higher Power the credit for the work we're doing because it really is a spiritual journey no matter what religion you are or if you are of a religion or not. I won't define spirituality here. I see seeking to know as being spiritual also, so I'll leave it at that.

We are the ones who has to answer for what we're doing out here in the paranormal field, even if only to ourselves. Is our conscious clear? Just a question to ponder for every one of us, including myself.

I feel this jealousy too much also. I have one thing to say and it's the same thing Mama's said and now the great guys and gal at Ghostly Talk. I applaud them for the show. I'll post a link to the part of the show where they finally say it and it brought me back to my love of this field without holding back so much as I have been guilty of. I haven't did that much but a little goes a long way and you all have my appologies for that. I'm on full throttle now like the last post said, like Atlantis. Hear me roar! You don't have to agree but I'm honored for those who do hear.

Listen to your heart, not your head sometimes. It's better that way.

Our Science

I would like to present to you a possibility. This is us. Although we may not feel too much like scientists and sometimes do not act like it, no matter what our approach to the paranormal is that we are what we see in this video.

When I watched this over and over, each time I got those familiar tingles of excitement as I always do especially when something this important is happening as the repair mission to the Hubble Telescope. Only this time something different went through my mind. I wanted to be an astronaut. I know you’re thinking, but didn’t every kid? Well, not in the way I did. I pursued science since I first saw the shuttle lift off. My eyes were just as wide in awe and wonder today as they were when I was that sparkly eyed kid looking at a TV screen. I spent most of my childhood pursuing science and a career in it. I excelled in the subject throughout school. I was a kid with asthma and am an adult with it now, so did my dream go away since asthmatics can’t be astronauts? Not so much. A new thought just hit me. Instead of strapping myself in the seat of a “physical” shuttle and going off into space, I ended up strapping myself into just as real and valid scientific mission that would take me to the same heights inside and out. One where I could still help others on my journey. I ventured into the paranormal, and to my surprise, I have found myself lifting off into other worlds were I never dreamed possible. This is the same dream I had as a kid when I would envision myself in that flight seat for NASA.

No matter if you take a spiritual approach to the paranormal or a strictly scientific one wanting only hard evidence, the results are the same. We are still on the same grounds of the Unknown in this Multiverse. Now science has validated many of our beliefs, indeed, proving them so that they are hard fact instead of just ideas in our minds. Even then, those ideas are now validated as very real and physical things by mainstream science. And mainstream science now takes us further.

A few years ago this would have been thought impossible, the thought I’m throwing to you tonight: We are these astronauts! People like Stephen Hawking, the great physicist (who needs our prayers as he has pneumonia right now and cannot cough, which endangers his life!), have armed us with additional knowledge to pursue our dreams and indeed our realities as paranormal investigators. Without people like him and Dr. Wolf, whom I will introduce to you in another post, building upon and improving mainstream scientific thought and theory, we are no longer “freaks” of the social arena. We are being validated in our work from both perspectives! This is very exciting!

People that have come to me and asked me the fundamental question: What should I do to begin my studies in the field of the paranormal? I always answered them, first of all you need a basic knowledge of quantum mechanics. Then you need a knowledge of how light works and the spectrum along with how it interacts with objects and the eyes. Then you need a basic understanding of the human brain and thought process, along with a bit of psychology and throw in the specs of the vibrational frequencies around us, including musical scales. Then get into various equipments used in the field and how to protect yourself. While all along get a firm stance in your protections and religious convictions and faith. Ok! Enough, they usually said before I went further into how to approach an actual investigation. They would freak and most of the time walk away from me. Well, now science is telling them the same things as parapsychology, metaphysics and some religious philosophies. You read that right. We are this crew! Are you prepared for the 25 G’s of the paranormal shuttle’s throttle? I’m the Maverick, I admit.

Oh, and I’m a bit like Harry Potter, too!

Dangers Of The Paranormal

I honestly have screamed this to the top of my lungs in every format I can, including on my former paranormal talk show that didn't last very long .... And here I am again, only this time it's not coming from me. Recently I've dealt with people I've tried to help in a haunting situation that refused to listen to me because I didn't own a "name" in this field. Or as I put it so frankly, I'm just "not famous enough" to be credible! 11 + years experience working in this field, I don't know everything and no one ever will no matter how long they've been in the paranormal, but I think I do know a little something that I can share to help others learn and perhaps help out. Helping others is always my reason for doing anything I do in this field. So, not from me this time but from people who own "names" and that you respect, here's the same thing I've been screaming for years. Who's listening this time?

Dangers of the Paranormal With John Zaffis and Andrew Calder

As always, honesty is my policy and I have no motives except to speak with others who share paranormal knowledge or experiences and to help others. I hope these videos help someone or offer some advice that will save them a lot of trouble. Been there, done that, got a hat. Really, I do!

Lovingly Your Paranormal Blogger,
Angie

The Haunting In Connecticut - Based on Carmen Reed's True Story

Carmen Reed is a down-to-earth lady who experienced a true life nightmare when she moved into a haunted funeral home in the 80s. She now speaks to the public of her horrid experiences with her family in that home in Connecticut and the new movie, "The Haunting In Connecticut" is based on that true story. There is a more accurate, as in events and factual based things, from the Discovery Channel's series "A Haunting". The documentary is "A Haunting In Connecticut", not to be confused with the newly released movie.

I have seen the documentary and the movie. Both are wonderful. As for the movie, I loved it! I even jumped. That's a lot for me. I highly recommend it.

Recently Carmen spoke to CNN and other news media about her experiences and the new movie, as did one researcher who was part of the team to document the paranormal activity over a period of nine weeks in the Connecticut home, John Zaffis. He is both a Demonologist and a Paranormal Investigator.

You can visit both at their websites:

Carmen's Website

John's Website

Here are some articles I've ran across in the past few days. Also, the CNN interview is embedded below. When I run across more interviews with Carmen or John, I'll post those, too. Until then, be safe and well.
